Marsha S. Martin is the Founder of You Are Still A Veteran (YASAV), a Veteran-led organization dedicated to preparing Veterans for VA disability and military review decisions through structured, readiness-based guidance.
Marsha served 11 years in the United States Army and brings a deep understanding of how military and VA systems evaluate service records, credibility, and eligibility. Her leadership is grounded in firsthand experience, disciplined study of VA regulations and review standards, and years of direct work supporting Veterans navigating complex benefit and discharge processes.
She founded YASAV to ensure Veterans are not disadvantaged by lack of preparation, incomplete records, or misunderstanding of how review systems function. Under her leadership, YASAV operates with one guiding principle: Veterans should be prepared to be reviewed.
Today, Marsha is a VA Disability Benefits Research Specialist and Consultant, a #1 Amazon Best Selling author featured in Behind the Rank, Volume 2, and a trusted advocate for Veterans seeking fair and informed consideration of their service.
